Brackets With Benefits
We’re heading into one of my favorite weekends of the year—the first round of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament. Two 13-hour days of hoops followed by two 8-hour days… it’s heaven.
If you are a college basketball junkie like me, you’ve been looking forward to picking your brackets for months and probably have several different options in play so you can test out all of your theories.
Consider Citizen Effect’s “Brackets With Benefits” as an option.
It’s a $10 donation per bracket. Proceeds go to support social entrepreneurs who are addressing critical community challenges around the world.
Each person can submit up to five brackets. The prizes are cool, too:
And, as a special bonus, if you donate $250 through Brackets with Benefits campaign, you will be entered into a drawing to win an opportunity to pitch your business idea to executives from Tomorrow Ventures.
So, all of you social entrepreneurs and philanthropically-minded basketball fans out there, sharpen your pencils and start picking teams!
